That film underscored his real life sense of humor, I would guess. Every time he walked onscreen in AMS, I was completely engaged--because he seemed like a real person with real feelings, not just the average filmi father template. And he definitely ruled the courtroom scenes!Filmi~Contrasthttp://filmi-contrast.blogspot.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4340457758972439602.post-65551876823784494812014-01-15T06:14:11.282-08:002014-01-15T06:14:11.282-08:00Many people have made this suggestion, problem is ...Many people have made this suggestion, problem is publishers are not going to be interested.Shilpi Bosehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17815522172951304358noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4340457758972439602.post-51158828305511806812014-01-14T08:58:17.861-08:002014-01-14T08:58:17.861-08:00Seriously you should bring out a book on this and ...Seriously you should bring out a book on this and get it released by actors of Gumnam who are alive now. It is hilarious isn't it? So ...Thanks for this interesting post, dear Shilpi!
So many interesting anecdotes. Loved going through them and reading them. Lack of time didn't allow me to watch the videos, but will surely do it another time. But the video of Bikhre Moti was hilarious in its stupid dialogues. They sound like from a primary school skit with over loud background music.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4340457758972439602.post-73357623699097001602013-12-03T09:02:23.256-08:002013-12-03T09:02:23.256-08:00Thanks Pacifist, oh yes my father could be quite n...Thanks Pacifist, oh yes my father could be quite naughty when he put his mind to it. I love suspense.

hahaha Jeetendah...Jeetendah!! Poor Jeetender. Quite naughty of your father I must say.
Those pictures of Mysore are great. I'm sure one wouldn't recognoze them as such now. I've seen Brindavan gardens.
I had to smile at the 'reel' villains not doing anything when the dacoit turned up, not being 'real' villains :-)

Thanks a lot Shilpi. I was quite happy to see him so different when I went through some of the portions of the film.Shilpi Bosehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17815522172951304358noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4340457758972439602.post-50215864847728258342013-11-30T05:40:49.638-08:002013-11-30T05:40:49.638-08:00Well Anu glad you liked it, yes I would like to co...Well Anu glad you liked it, yes I would like to continue only my father had a brief stint and so the blog too will have just a few posts.Shilpi Bosehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17815522172951304358noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4340457758972439602.post-20876370803981427682013-11-29T21:21:52.139-08:002013-11-29T21:21:52.139-08:00I have seen both Aan Milo Sajna and Bikhre Moti, b...I have seen both Aan Milo Sajna and Bikhre Moti, but so long back that I remember very little about them - especially Bikhre Moti, since I watched that only once. Parde ke Peechhay is a film I'd never even heard of. You are right, his was a very jovial character in that film. I have not watched Bikhre Moti or Parde ke Peeche and, from your description of them, I doubt I will watch them either. :)

Your trivia bits are as interesting as always, and always add that little extra to your posts.
